Partners & Amenities

We thrive on connecting with artists and makers and are pleased to be showcasing partnerships with the following talented individuals, who either operate locally or have roots in Northern New Mexico.

David Grey

David Grey is an artist, designer, and university professor. He holds an MFA in graphic design from CalArts and BA in psychology from Tufts University. David was the Founding Chair of the Graphic Design Department at Santa Fe University of Art and Design and has lead global contemplative design workshops in Milan, Berlin, Madrid, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Sao Paolo, New Delhi, and Kuwait City. He is the founder of Sun Mountain School of Contemplative Art and publisher of Cottage Scholar. Although his soul is deeply nomadic, his heart calls the high desert ‘island life’ of New Mexico home.

Jonathan Boyd

Jonathan Boyd & Damian Allister began making furniture together in Jonathan’s garage in 2009.  While the business has since relocated and production has grown, every step of the process from design to delivery is still in our hands. Every piece of furniture begins with renewable domestic hardwoods, hand pick for consistency of figure, color, and quality. Jonathan maintains close relationships with local lumberyards as well as small scale sawyers in New Mexico and around the country, ensuring that careful attention goes into every piece of wood, large or small

Los Poblanos Historic Inn And Organic Farm

Crafted with care in small batches, Los Poblanos artisan lavender products have a sense of place. Directly from the land of New Mexico, each product carries the story of our family-run organic lavender farm and historic inn. Our lavender fields are tended by hand and harvested at the optimal time each year to yield the highest quality essential oil. Lavender’s soothing medicinal and aromatic properties have made it a versatile and popular herb for centuries. An effective herb for healing cuts, burns and so much more, lavender has a soothing effect on the nervous system. Their lavender body products serve as room amenities in our Inn. You can buy their products at The Parador or the full line of products are also available at the LP Farm Shop.
